The BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota is a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501( c )( 3 ) of the IRS Code. It is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. The BioBusiness Alliance is currently in its annual reporting to the Minnesota Attorney General’s Charities Division.
